Founder Ron Krit previously served as National Director of Life & Legacy at the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, where his team supported 73 communities across the U.S. and Canada in securing more than $1.5 billion in endowment commitments. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at the Jewish United Fund in Chicago, contributing to the growth of a $2 billion endowment and helping launch initiatives that generated more than $62 million in planned gifts locally.
